How long does delivery take across Ireland?
Stock finishes (White, Anthracite, Black, Aged Iron, Polished) are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Custom RAL painted finishes and bespoke cast iron assemblies take 10–14 working days.
Are there any customs duties for Northern Ireland?
No. All orders to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland are delivered with zero customs charges. We handle all paperwork and logistics at our end.
How do I order a finish sample?
Visit our Order a Sample page to select up to 6 metal swatches for €6 per swatch. Delivered in 2 working days via express courier.
What warranty is included with Arroll radiators?
All cast iron radiator bodies are covered by our 20-Year Guarantee. Steel and aluminium bodies carry a 10-year warranty, and painted finishes carry a 5-year warranty.
