Delivery & returns

Delivery is calculated in your basket from the total weight of your order, so you only pay for how it actually travels.

• Valves & accessories: sent by courier. Several items ship together for one charge, up to 30 kg.
• Steel radiators: by courier up to 30 kg; heavier orders travel by pallet.
• Cast iron radiators: always delivered on a pallet.
• Pallets: up to 250 kg (a maximum of 5 cast iron radiators) share one pallet and one delivery charge.

We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Pallet deliveries are kerbside, and our carrier calls ahead on the day. The exact delivery cost for your address is shown in the basket before you pay.

• Stock finishes (White, Anthracite, Black, Aged Iron, Polished): 5–7 working days
• Bespoke RAL (aluminium only): 3–4 weeks
• Made-to-order steel columns: 2–3 weeks
• Valves & accessories: 2–3 working days

Our carrier calls the morning of delivery with a two-hour window. Please have someone at the property — cast-iron radiators are heavy, and we can't leave them unattended.

Stock-finish radiators can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Bespoke RAL finishes cannot be returned.

Please inspect on delivery. If a radiator is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately. If damage is only apparent after unwrapping, email photos within 48 hours to hello@columnradiators.ie.
