Delivery — Republic of Ireland
Standard delivery is €35 per order, free on orders over €500. Radiators are palletised and delivered kerbside by our nationwide carrier partner. Expect 3–5 working days on stock finishes, 3–4 weeks on bespoke RAL.

Delivery & returns
Priced in euro, delivered north and south. What to expect from order to doorstep, and how a return works.
Delivery — Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland deliveries follow the same lead times and are priced in euro. Free over €500. There are no customs charges — we handle everything at our end.
Lead times
- Stock finishes (White, Anthracite, Black, Aged Iron, Polished): 3–5 working days
- Bespoke RAL (aluminium only): 3–4 weeks
- Made-to-order steel columns: 2–3 weeks
- Valves & accessories: 2–3 working days
Delivery day
Our carrier calls the morning of delivery with a two-hour window. Please have someone at the property — cast-iron radiators are heavy, and we can't leave them unattended.
Returns
Stock-finish radiators can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Return collection is €45. Bespoke RAL finishes cannot be returned.
Damage in transit
Please inspect on delivery. If a radiator is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately. If damage is only apparent after unwrapping, email photos within 48 hours to hello@columnradiators.ie.
