Every Arroll radiator is covered by the Iron Clad 25-year manufacturer's warranty. Here's exactly what that covers and how to claim.
What we cover
Radiators: the Iron Clad 25-year manufacturer's warranty covers every radiator body across all our ranges (cast iron, steel and aluminium) against manufacturing defect, from the delivery date.
Valves and accessories: the Iron Clad 10-year manufacturer's warranty.
What we don't cover
Paint and other applied finishes are excluded from warranty cover. We also can't cover corrosion caused by an untreated central heating system, damage from freezing, misuse, or third-party modifications.
How to claim
Email hello@columnradiators.ie with your order number and photographs. We'll usually resolve a claim inside seven working days.
