Cast-iron bodies: 20 years from delivery date, against manufacturing defect. Steel and aluminium bodies: 10 years. Painted finishes: 5 years against fading or flaking when installed and maintained per our guide.

Every Arroll cast-iron body is guaranteed against defect for two decades. Here's exactly what that covers and how to claim.
What we don't cover
Corrosion caused by an untreated central heating system, damage from freezing, misuse, or third-party modifications. Bespoke RAL finishes carry a 3-year finish guarantee.
How to claim
Email hello@columnradiators.ie with your order number and photographs. We'll usually resolve a claim inside seven working days.
